Helsinki International Circuit is a fictional circuit in Finland and designed by myself. The previous version was converted by <a href="https://www.overtake.gg/members/1265/" class="username" data-xf-init="member-tooltip" data-user-id="1265" data-username="@rmi_wood">@rmi_wood</a> a couple of years ago. This is the updated and improved version.<br>
