<b>Yamaga Pass / Touge</b> (山鹿市, Yamaga-shi) is a location in the Kumamoto Prefecture of Japan. This course is a short, semi-fantasy road, meaning that the course layout is inspired by a real location, but the surrounding foliage, terrain and objects are all fantasy made/placed.<br>

This project was originally started in 2019 with the intention of being as close to possible as the <a href="https://www.google.com/maps/@33.0921404,130.841685,3a,75y,43.1h,82.15t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sL5yyMt7FU3fSMH_vcI9fwg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656" target="_blank" class="link link--external" data-proxy-href="/proxy.php?link=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fmaps%2F%4033.0921404%2C130.841685%2C3a%2C75y%2C43.1h%2C82.15t%2Fdata%3D%213m6%211e1%213m4%211sL5yyMt7FU3fSMH_vcI9fwg%212e0%217i13312%218i6656&hash=1c6e11a5086f7f7dd9531fb0e529d551" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">real location</a>, but unfortunately was abandoned due to lack of time. I decided to pick the project back up in late 2021 to finish it off as a fantasy course, as I enjoyed driving the layout a lot and didn't want the course to be wasted.<br>
<br>
Yamaga is a very tight, unforgiving pass. It's incredibly useful for learning/training touge driving due to the shortness of the course - plus the narrow, sharp corners which allow for precise throttle control in order to run at a high pace. I'd recommend using mid-power 4WD cars or some lower powered RWD vehicles in order to experience the pass to it's best potential.<br>

- Point2Point doesn't have a checkpoint system for time attack<br>

EDIT (APRIL 2022): Thank you all so much for the reviews and downloads. I have updated this resource with a new version which fixes a lot of the previous issues. A full list of fixes can be found in the 'Updates' section, however the standard download button will install the latest version anyway. Quick video below:<br>
