A project of a motorsport complex, including a racetrack with two layouts, a drag strip, a karting course, hotels and leisure, retail, light industrial, educational, medical and office developments, to reclaim a big area south of Reykjavík, that was launched in 2006 but unfortunately stopped after two years due to the financial crisis.
An interesting short track designed by Apex Circuits, recreated in detail from the original renderings.
