To make sure your account stays in your hands and no one else's, I use a simple "Proof of Ownership" check. It’s one of the least intrusive ways to verify an account because I never need your passwords or private data. You’re simply proving you have control over your profile by posting a temporary "handshake" code.
Verification Steps
1. Copy Your Token
Highlight and copy this token exactly as shown: Verify-SF
2. Place the Token
Paste the token into the "Bio" or "About" section of your chosen social media profile, or on your overtake.gg mod page.
- Note: You can put it at the very bottom; it just needs to be visible briefly for the check.
3. Share the Link
Copy the URL of the profile or page where you pasted the token and paste it into the submission box below. This tells me exactly where to look to confirm it’s you.
4. Wait for My Email
Once you submit the link, I will personally swing by the page to verify the token. As soon as I’ve confirmed it, I’ll send you an email to let you know the process is complete.
5. Clean Up
Once you get that confirmation email from me, you’re all set! You can go ahead and remove the token from your profile or mod page immediately.
